60 Day Hassle-Free Returns
We’re not happy if you’re not happy!
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our service team to initiate a return: firstname.lastname@example.org
All that we ask is that the returning products are unused, unopened and returned within 60 days of the original invoice date. However, shipping returns must be covered by you.
Once we receive your products, we will issue an appropriate refund. Easy as that!
Please contact our service team at email@example.com with photos of the faulty products. After further examination, we will start the returns initiation process.
Free Returns Using PayPal

Conditions for Returns
- Please contact our service team before attempting to return any products.
- Products must be returned and arrive to us in its original packaging in unused condition.
- Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the returned products. Please ensure that you take adequate measures to return item as new.
- Return shipping costs is at the expense of the customer, however, we urge you to check out PayPal’s free return service HERE.
- 60-day return policy starts from the invoice date of your order.
- We reserve the right to provide refunds as store credit.
- Refunds are only for ordered products. We do not provide refunds on delivery or other charges.
- If returning part of an order voids a discount this will be taken into account.
