Treatment of Muscle Cramps and Pumps
Taurine regulates the flux of potassium, calcium and magnesium into cells while limiting cellular levels of sodium. This is of particular significance for athletes who experience exercise induced cramping from exercises such as deadlifts or calf raises. Taurine also helps with the pumps/cramps that some pro-hormones/steroids can cause. Athletes on a Clenbuterol cycle must supplement taurine as it depletes taurine levels in the Liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the Liver.
Mix 1.5g (scoop included) with 50ml liquid of choice until dissolved. May be consumed up to 1-3 times per day as required.
Pre-workout
We recommend taking 1.5 grams pre-workout, preferrably with a fast carbohydrate source such as Dextrose or Maltodextrin.
For Maintenance during Beta-Alanine Supplementation
We recommend taking Beta-Alanine separately from Taurine as they may compete for absorption as they share the same pathway.

Cramping or muscle pumps can be effectively addressed with Taurine supplementation. Increase Taurine dose each workout until the muscle cramps and pumps subside.
